Picking up, Shipping & Delivery

 

We do not ship by plane!!!

We do use ground transport that delivers to most US states

and some Canadian areas.

​After your deposit is paid,

I will reach out a week or two before the babies are ready,

or if the babies are ready, I will reach out within 24 - 72 hrs to make pick-up arrangements. (Times/Dates.)

​

After your babies are ready, you have one week to pick them up, or you will forfeit any payments made unless arrangements have been made. If you need your babies to be held longer than 1 week, a 10$ charge per week will apply, due before picking up or before transport.

This applies to those picking up or those using transport.

Full payment is required at the time of pickup or 1 week before being transported.

We do not accept money orders, checks, or credit/debit cards!

 

We are a closed Rattery, so you will be asked to wait outside.

While you are waiting, we will bring out your contract and waiver, 

and once that is signed,

we will ask for payment. Once payment is complete, we will

get your baby(s), your packet, and or packages. ​

When picking up, please have a proper travel cage/carrier with you,

boxes, etc, are not acceptable. The travel cage should have bedding, some food, and, depending on how far you're going, water or cucumber cut up into small bite-sized pieces.

​

Please remember I am in Nevada, and I do not ship by plane.

We do use ground transport to send babies around the US

and into parts of Canada. 

​

If you're not using ground transport,

it's up to you to pick your new babies up at the slotted time

Or you will forfeit any deposits/payments.
