Waiting List Information

Hello and welcome

to our waiting list.

 

At this time, the waiting list is free to join for website members!!

​

If you don't belong to the website, the fee to be added to the waiting list is $35 and non-refundable!

 

All you need to do is fill out an adoption form, 

and once approved, email me 

and ask to be added to the waiting list. 

​

I will contact you when I have an upcoming litter,

an available litter, or, on the rare occasion, adults.

​

When I contact you, please contact me back within

72 hrs (3 days), or you will be removed from the list.

​

If you are not in a position to adopt, just let me know that

you are not ready, and approximately when you

will be, and I will move you down the list, but not remove you.

Rules

​

1. You need to be approved for adoption 

2. $35 waiting list fee for non-Website members.

3. Your Adoption application can't be more than 6 months old

4. If you are ready to adopt, you will be asked to provide a non-refundable deposit.

5. The deposit is $50 per rat

6. If you don't return contact within 72 hrs, you will be removed from the list

7. When your babies are ready, I will contact you to set up a pick-up date.

8. Once rats are ready, you need to pick them up within a week or at least be in talks with me about when you will be able to pick them up.

9. If you have not picked up your reserved babies within two weeks of their ready date, unless you have made special arrangements, you will forfeit your deposit, and they will once again be available for adoption, and you will be removed from the waitlist.​

10. Full payment is due upon pickup minus the deposit fee.

11. A boarding fee of $10 per week per rat for any rats staying more than one week after they are ready. Must make arrangements; boarding fees are due when arrangements are made.
